Can we run epanet2 (hydraulic software) functions in scilab?

maybe this is not what you are looking for, but i saw this, is like an epanet that works entirely on SciLab http://www.openeering.com./made_with_scilab?q=node/70
Now... im lookink for the way to make SciLab read a .inp file, and work whit this propietis and change it when i need to.Thanks all for your help
