forecasting with neural network

Hello!
I'm new with Scilab and I'd like to know if there is the possibility to make forecasting with neural networks in Scilab.
I have installed the ann toolbox, but I didn't find functions to make predictions.
Can somebody tell me if it is possible in Scilab?
